From freelance practice to a delivery team
Our mission
To be the engineering partner ambitious companies can hand a hard problem to — and trust completely with the outcome, the budget, and the honest truth along the way.
Our vision
A world where great software isn't reserved for companies with in-house engineering armies — where any serious business can ship products of world-class quality.
Sparken Technologies didn't appear overnight. It started back in 2019 as an independent freelance practice — one engineer taking on client projects, from banking middleware for regulated markets to web and mobile builds for founders. Those years of shipping directly for clients, with no layers to hide behind, shaped how we work: rigorous reviews, automated testing, and documentation that survives an audit.
As the work grew beyond what one person could deliver, so did the team. In 2026 we formalised everything under one roof and registered as Sparken Technologies — the same hands-on standard, now backed by a proper team of engineers, designers, and architects.
Today we're a 25+ person team who've delivered 100+ projects for 20+ clients across 6+ industries — from solo founders shipping their first product to established companies modernising critical systems. We stay deliberately lean: senior enough to own hard problems, small enough that the founder still reviews architecture on every major engagement.
